How we work
Named people, documented processes, one point of accountability, and operational work you can stop thinking about.
We match the people to the work.
Some clients need a team working across several workflows. Others need a dedicated person within a function, or deeper specialist experience. We build the combination around your business.
Capabilities teams
A team dedicated to your business, working across multiple documented workflows. Requests are coordinated through a team lead and allocated within the team, allowing several functions to use the same support structure.
Role based support
Named people focused on an ongoing role or function, such as accounts payable, payroll or talent acquisition. We recruit for the relevant experience and train them on your processes and systems.
Experienced specialists
People with the technical experience a role requires, including data, AI and automation engineering. They can work alongside the broader team or within a defined specialist role.
You set the priorities. We manage delivery.
For a capabilities team, work is coordinated through your team lead and allocated across the people trained to carry it out. The team lead manages day-to-day delivery, while your account director holds overall responsibility for the relationship.
Role based support and experienced specialists work within the reporting arrangements agreed for their roles.
You retain control of the function, its priorities and approvals.
A capabilities team, with role based support alongside.
A mid market US business advisory firm runs a capabilities team with Clandon covering documented workflows across the business, coordinated through the team lead and allocated across the people trained to carry them out.
More than 30 documented workflows, coordinated through one team lead.
Alongside it, role based support covers HR, talent acquisition, marketing and delivery administration, with named people in ongoing roles.
The client retains control of priorities and decisions. Clandon manages the team and day-to-day delivery under one account director.
Every team has the same support structure.
The people and roles vary with the work, but account management, delivery leadership, quality assurance and continuity are built into every engagement rather than added as extra appointments.
Your delivery team is yours.
The specialists and analysts on your team are allocated to your business and are not shared across clients. Data does not move between clients, and lists in particular are never shared.
ISO 27001 and ISO 9001:2015 certified for information security and quality management.
We work in your systems.
Every client trains us on their own stack, and we work inside it, under access you grant and can revoke. No portal to log into, no ticket queue, no parallel set of files.
Nothing is copied out to be worked on somewhere else, so your records stay where your own team expects to find them.
You explain how your business works. We train the team.
We recruit for the experience the role requires. You introduce us to your systems, processes and expectations. We document how the work is done and use that documentation to train colleagues and provide continuity.
As your processes change, we update the documentation and training with you.
Sales Director, healthcare group
“They took time to understand our standards and consistently deliver across a detailed, client-facing workflow.”
A support framework you can rely on.
We are not selling a transformation programme. We are taking the work off your plate and making sure it is done, to the same standard, every week, whether or not anyone on your side is chasing it.
Where the work can be made more efficient, we make it more efficient, using automation and AI where they genuinely help. That is a benefit, not the point. The point is that the work is reliably done by people whose job it is, and your team is no longer carrying it.
Client retention
Every client we have taken on in the last three years is still with us.
The first ninety days.
We agree the team, handover and start date around the roles and work involved. The first ninety days establish consistent delivery, clear reporting and a basis for improving the operation.
First 30 days
Set up and hand over
Agree roles, responsibilities, system access and priorities. Introduce the named team, document agreed workflows and begin work to the agreed handover plan. Quality checking applies from the first live work.
Days 30 to 60
Establish consistent delivery
Refine documented workflows, training and cover. Reporting shows the work being completed and the agreed quality and delivery measures.
Days 60 to 90
Review and improve
Review delivery and the benefits against the agreed objectives. Introduce automation where it will improve the work, and agree any changes to scope or team.
